Our research manager Dr. Alessio Silvello has been invited by the Metals review as Guest Editor for the Special Issue on Cold Gas Spray technology (CGS) under the title Modern Cold Spray Technique-2021. Due to cold spray process is increasingly used for more purposes as deposition efficiency and additive manufacturing, this technique has become of great interest in the field of materials research with a great potential on industry sector. As Dr. Silvello declares, this Special Issue aims to investigate and address the future challenges of cold spray in terms of understanding, improving, modeling, and applying the process in different advanced industrial sectors.
